Switch stack looping trouble

Hello, starting last weekend we've been having issues with looping on our switch stack. The switches in the stack are 2x 1960 40p & 1x 1960 20p. Spanning tree is on by default but would disabling/filtering it on bridge ports help with this issue? We've tried getting logs on the switches but have been unsuccssful. Are there any other recommended settings for a switch stack when seeing issues with looping? Updates were pushed out recently and the switches are all on Version 3.3.2.0. Any reports of issue with this latest update? Thanks!
