Terminal server question
I want to hook up 5 K class servers to a term server so I can dial in on a modem from home and have control of the console port remotely is anyone doing this if so what is the model number of the device I need to order and what are the pinouts I need to hook into the tremserver i.e. RS-232 25 pin etc...

Try digi website,

We use one of this product. The way we are configured is that a server is configured as console server and we do telnet/exceed login to that system after dialup and then get a console connection to the required server. This other server can be on ethernet / dialup network.
