TFT5600 RKM will not display resoultion less than 1152x864

I have a TFT5600 which has (3) Windows 2000 and (2) Windows 2003 servers connected to it. All of the servers had their default resolution set to 1024x768 except 1 which had it set to 1152x864. This worked until last week. Last week the RKM started displaying a blank blue screen or a bunch of lines for the video feed from all the servers except the one at 1152x864. I disconnected the RKM from the KVM and hooked it up to the servers directly with the same results. I also rebooted the 1152x864 server with a SmartStart Cd to see if it would display the setup screen for it. It did not. I assume the default resolution for the SmartStart is 1024x768. I do not have a manual or any documentation for tis device. Any ideas?
