Unable to find PCIE riser option on my HPE MicroServer Gen10 Plus(Microserv HP10+ HPE 拆分)
As stated in the title, I have checked the documentation, and it states that PCIE riser is supported: https://techlibrary.hpe.com/docs/iss/proliant-gen10-uefi/en/GUID-40941745-0DEF-45E6-A16D-CEB8C4C523B1.html?hl=PCIE.
However, when I logged into the BIOS, I couldn't find the bifurcation option. Do I need to insert a PCIE card that supports two devices first? Or do I need a specific card? Seeking assistance!
但是我登陆进入BiOS后,在这里没有看到拆分选项,是需要我先插入一张能支持2个设备的PCIE卡才可以是么?或者需要特定的卡? 寻求支持!

Hello,
Please refer to section "Configuring PCIe bifurcation options" in the UEFI System Utilities User Guide for HPE ProLiant Gen10, ProLiant Gen10 Plus Servers, and HPE Synergy for the support of Dual Bifurcation for HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus.

Re: Unable to find PCIE riser option on my HPE MicroServer Gen10 Plus(Microserv HP10+ HPE
I know your means , but i can't find the 'PCIe Bifurcation Options' in ' System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > PCIe Device Configuration > Advanced PCIe Configuration',just only 'Configuring NVMe PCIe Resource Padding' & 'Setting Maximum PCI Express Speed'.
Unfortunately I can't post pictures here.

Re: Unable to find PCIE riser option on my HPE MicroServer Gen10 Plus(Microserv HP10+ HPE
Hi luoyueliang,
1) Dual bifurcation is not supported. Refer the Note section of this link.
2) Are you getting the Option in RBSU ? If not, when in RBSU, press CTRL+A, you can see bifurcation.
3) Have you updated the server, UEFI, ROM BIOS firmware ?
4) Finally, reset the server to factory default .
Please let us know if the issue still persists.

Hello,
Please refer to section "NOTE" of the page "Configuring PCIe bifurcation options" of the UEFI System Utilities User Guide for HPE ProLiant Gen10, ProLiant Gen10 Plus Servers, and HPE Synergy about PCIe bifurcation support by servers.
The reference is not about the steps for bifurcation, but I would like to draw your attention about the "NOTE".

Re: Unable to find PCIE riser option on my HPE MicroServer Gen10 Plus(Microserv HP10+ HPE
I Saw the "Note" in UserManual, And I just find the "Bifurcation" ,not "Dual Bifurcation".
And, Frustratingly, I did not successfully discover the hidden magic of the PCIEBifurcation through Ctrl+A. I did not see the magic appear through iLo's WebUI or TextUI.
My Bios version is: U48, version 20/07/2023. There is no card that supports logical Bifurcation in the PCIE slot. Do I need to insert a card that supports logical Bifurcation before trying again?
Anyway, thanks for your help!
