upgrading 1.20 Feb 02 2018 to 2.72 on ProLiant DL380 Gen10 and ProLiant DL360 Gen10

i am on the same situation here. on 2024 having a 1.20 Feb 02 2018. Recommended hop before untill getting the latest? 

Have some ProLiant DL380 Gen10 with BIOS U30 2018/02/14 19:00:00 and should install BIOS: HPE U30_2.72 UEFI Mode (Boot Mode:UEFI)
What are the recommended hop till getting the latest one?

Have some two ProLiant DL360 Gen10 with BIOS U32 2018/02/13 19:00:00 and should install U32_2.72 UEFI Mode (Boot Mode:UEFI)
What are the recommended hop till getting the latest one?
