UPS 5500 always in BUCK mode
The UPS I believe model is 5500, is always in BUCK status with output voltage. What does that mean ?
Also in the past 2 weeks, we received a fan failure event twice. Any chance these are related?
The UPS is 2 months old.
Appreciate your comments. KL

Re: UPS 5500 always in BUCK mode
Try upgrade UPS to the latest firmware (2.0). The Buck information should go away.
Fan error - not sure about this one. I'd suggest doing the upgrade to solve the buck issue then monitor to see if fan error ever appears again.
