warranty check
Hello
I have a question about HPE warranty check. When I want check serial in site for some devices , I should enter serial and Partnumber , but for many devices don't need to partnumber.

Hi @Abolfazl-Edalat,
That error comes up when the serial number given is wrong.
As per the image you have attached, change the last character to 5, its not S

my device is HPE DL380Gen10 and seial is ***removed***.
When I enter part number "868704-B21" , I can get warranty check.
Why this report faced to enter partnumber?
