Adding Meter in HP SDN Controller


Hello guys,

 
I would like to know if it is possible to use the meter functionality using HP Sdn controller in a virtual environment like mininet and if so, how? 
 
We tried to add meters manually exactly like the documentation of the Hp Sdn Controller, but it seems like mininet switches do not support meters features. 
 
Any Help would be appreciated
