NEW INSTALL - can't see login screen in browser - getting 404 error

Everything looks good on the install:

 

seth@sdn:~$ sudo service sdnc status

sdnc start/running, process 5452

 

seth@sdn:~$ sudo service keystone status

keystone start/running, process 6506

 

seth@sdn:~$ sudo dpkg -l hp-sdn-ctl

Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge/Hold

Thank you for contacting the HP SDN Forum. In order for my team to help you with your issue we need more information about the problem you are experiencing.

 

What we need:

1. the sdn controller logs.

2. Which version of brownser you are using and all browsers have the same issue?

3. Screenshot of the issue.

4. Which version of Java is installed?

5. Have you reinstall the SDN controller?

6. Ubuntun version?

7. Have you checked if the SDN Status is down when you get the error 404?

8. Have you changed the SDN login to something else than the default?
