I Like My SDN connect my console to a switch hp 3800 my configuration is the next:

Based on the first block of configuration commands you posted, it looks like you either need to enable OpenFlow globally or within the "bob" instance. Could you please provide the output of "show openflow" and "show openflow instance bob"?
