Infosight question - email preference selected, but no emails being received

Hi,

I was not quite sure where to post an Infosight question.

We have setup Infosight to monitor our environment. We have selected the email notification option. We did receive the emails until about August last year, but since then they have stopped. If anybody can recommend a way to troubleshoot this issue it would be appreciated.
