HP P2000 G3 Dual controller iscsi Firmware update issue.
Symptoms
HP P2000 G3 dual iSCSI controller - trouble trying to update the controllers firmware.
The logs for my flash attempt yielded this "Controller version Mismatch!! Flash Status is 7".
Diagnosis
cp016475.exe TS230P008 is the file used.

Solution
console FTP transfer of the latest firmware for my P2000 worked fine. It was installed on both controllers live while the system was up.
