Trouble Installing Command View 10

Symptoms

HP P6000 Command View Software installation fails with an error message "To set language to english and try again"

Diagnosis

When installing Command View EVA 10, Right after choosing language(English) installation fails with an error message "To set language to english and try again"

Solution

Change the regional settings of the mangement station to format english (US) and location United States. This is required during installation/deinstallation of the product at the moment and hopefully resolved in a future release of Command View.

If you're installing on a non-english server, make sure the user you're using during setup is in the local group Administrators. If it does not exists, create it and assign the user to it.
