EVA5000 SSSU on OpenVMS 7.3.1

getting this error when trying to delete vdisk or run capture configuration:
Error: EMClientAPITNG error ->
EMCLIENTAPISOCKET_CANNOTRESOLVELOCALHOSTIP_ERROR : Error cannot resolve the local host IP address.

SSSU can connect to the manager and system ok and list anything, even create vdisks
