windows client from other VLAN can not access Polyserve Virtual CIFS Server

Dear all,
I'm a newbie with Polyserve Windows File Serving
Here is issue with me.
I has been setup finish Polyserve Virtual CIFS Server. The Windows clients from same VLAN with Polyserve Servers can access to Virtual CIFS Server (browser file: ex: \\IPaddress\sharename, ping, remote...).
But Windows clients from other VLAN can ping, remote,... but can not browser file on VIrtual CIFS Server.

Anyone know why?

sounds like the vlan does not pass netbios traffic or are on a different subnet.

Its a networking configuration issue. Has nothing to do with polyserve.
