Connected multi AD
Hi Guy,
I have a StoreEasy Storage 1660. I want to join Storage with multi AD for create File Server.
So, Storage can support connect multi AD?

Hi Tuan Nguyen,
Storeasy file share doesn't support multi AD.
There are 2 ways to do this:
If the domains share the same name space like sales.Microsoft.com and support.microsoft.com because both sales and support share the Microsoft domain name it will create a transative trust. Kerberos authentication will work in this case for file share.
If the domains are not joined or under the same root domain then you must create a trust between the domains. A trust in this scenario will allow users to use the shares using NTLM authentication and not kerberos.
The sub domains or child domains under the transative trust will allow kerberos authentication.
If you select the down level trust where the domains do not share the same name kerberos will not work and it will fall back to ntlm.
