DL100 Storage Server(B1200s)

When Attempting to install SP2 for 2K3 with the hp Service pack 2 Installer Kit, the installation fails right where it begins backiing up the registry. I have checked the reg and have found no issue that I can spot. Anyone have a fix for this problem?
