Error when trying to add a User-defined app on HP AiO Storage management system
i am trying to add a user-defined application with HP's AiO storage system management. I've done all the configuration on my vmware infrastructure client already.
The error im getting is:
Unable to communicate with server(unable to connect to remote server x.x.x.x: no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it x.x.x.x:12551

Have you checked the following?
- FTP server settings (Are you able to ping to this server) This port â 12551 is this Open?
- Software/Personal Firewall Settings
- Anti-virus Software
If you are running "Norton Anti-virus 2005" and having strange problems connecting, disable the "Worm protection" or permit full access to the "sfFTPLib.dll" in the SmartFTP program files directory.
