Installing Windows 2012 Storage Server on SotoreEasy 1650

Hi every one;

Somme one can help me to install windows 2012 storage server on StoreEasy 1650; this is for first installation .

There are no image Pre-install on the server .

i tray to install this one with the different image of windows but not success , every time a have an error post :

"unable to find recovery files on dvd or removable drive"

Hi Nacim,

I am from HPE Storage team, please check which version of recovery image you are running for SE1650.

You can try with 4.04.0c or 4.04.0a on this server.

If you have issues on installing, kindly log a support case with HPE.

Thank you for a replay ; i trayed with this version but a have everytime a same error :

the Error is :"unable to find recovery files on dvd or removable drive"

for your information i used USB to recover the os

thank you for your replay ; i tray with the version that you proposed 4.04.0c or 4.04.0a but i have the same error

Hi Nacim,

It looks there is some issues on the server which stopping the restore process here.

Please open the support ticket with HPE for further assistance.

HPE remote engineer will help on restoring image and technical assistance further.

Many than's for you ,perhaps the issue is on the server yes , i am opening a ticket with HPE support but no responding since yesterday ,so i am waiting here contact

Kindly find in attachment file the LOG after stopping the process of recovery ,please to check it , if any suggestions to share with me
