Media Smart server 490, "PC Restore" process not seeing media smart server

Greetings All,

My hard drive crashed, installed new drives and I am having troubles with the restore process. My computers backup to the 490Media Smart Server every night and re-builds are in theory easy. In theory I put the "PC Restore" CD in the computer, it finds the Media Smart Server and I choose what back up to use and voila my computer is re-built. However the computer cannot find the home server. I have tried directly attaching the media smart server to my computer and bypassing the router, no luck. I have installed Windows 7 professional, and then the Media Smart Server software and I can log into the media smart server and see all the files, but when I re-start with the "PC Restore" CD it still cannot find the media smart server. I want to restore from back up because re-building the 120 play lists in itunes will kill me. I have even put all hte backup drivers needed on a thumb drive and added that when the computer asks and still no luck. Any thoughts? So to re-cap my computer is not seeing the 490 Media Smart Server during the restore process. Running windows 7 pro.
