Quota space truncated on AiO 600 system

On our AiO 600 system, we find that most quotas are in fact limited to 1 GB of storage, even though we have set higher limits. This limit can be overcome if the user is placed in the local administrators group on the NAS server. How can we allow access to the full limit without granting administrator status? Thanks, Tom
