Store Easy and SPP

I would like to know if the SPP for Gen10 Gen10+...is the same for Store Easy ?

I have a HPE StoreEasy 1660  and i would like know if i can update this Nas with SPP packet.

Hi,  

Storeeasy 1660 is based on Gen10 or Gen10 plus based proliant servers.

You could use n-1 version of SPP 2022.09.01.00 with storeeasy 1660:

Latest version SPP might cause conflicts with the latest version of SEMC 1.6

Latest version of SEMC is 1.7

The latest tested version of SPP with storeeasy 1660 is 2023.03.0

Storeeasy 1660 server supports SPP 2023.09.0 version and SEMC latest version 1.7.3 now.

For your information, the latest SPP 2025.1 for Gen10/10+ killed my StoreEasy 1660....

I didn't see anywhere that it wasn't compatible.
I opened a support ticket yesterday at HPE because I'm not sure what to do.

I am sorry to hear about the issues that you are facing with the server.

Few issues were identified with latest version of SPP and storeasy 1x60/1x70 servers..

As of now the latest recommended SPP version is 2024.09

For information the Workaround  :

=> Boot with F8 for windows safe mode

=> Delete C:\Program Files\HPEMRSA folder

=> Reboot

Storeeasy 1460 is based on Gen10 server.

SPP 2024.09 would be the latest recommended version for this model.
