storeasy 1630 constantly recovers from asr

Hi,

 

I have a problem with a soreeasy 1630 running 2012 that seems to be recovering from an asr.

 

I have run the latest spp, and installed the latest windows updates, but it keeps on happening.

 

I have attached the diags, but not sure on how to read them correctly.

 

Can anyone advise me on a fix?
