All,
The HPE Storage Management Service service terminated unexpectedly. Event ID 7031 error occurs on HPE Store easy 1660 server , we have s
on same server error ID :1036 occuried
Application: SMService.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.

Is that a recurring error or happened once?
Do you find any other issue that has caused this error?
Have you tried restarting the service or the system?

It is recurring error .
I tried Both tried restarting the service - its again Events Occurs also the Physcial system - its again Events Occurs
Please note : We have attached 2 USB External Hard disk one of showing exclamatory mark so I tried Uninstalled Drivers , Disable USB HDD - but events occurs again

The StoreEasy ManageConsole would not be able to handle hard drives attached through a external usb drive port. The program is setup to use the Smart Array Controller tools to pull the logs and drive configuration. If you have usb drives attached it would through an exception as it would not be able to handle an external USB drive. To start looking at the issue please be sure you update the management console to the latest using the automatic update feature from the setting menu or you can down load the software from the link support.hpe.com/connect/s/softwaredetails?language=en_US&softwareId=MTX_2724f26c713b4d2bbb254e19ec Second I would use the Service pack for Prolaint to update the drivers https://techlibrary.hpe.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/products/service_pack/spp_test/index.aspx?version=gen10.2022.09.00.00 Once that is complete please log a call with support and upload the HPS reports https://techlibrary.hpe.com/docs/enterprise/servers/gen9/tsg/233210.htm so we can take a look at the logs.
