29160LP (C7474A) cannot see StorageWorks TL891DLX?

I am trying to get my StorageWorks TL891DLX Autoloader to work on a Windows 2000 SP4 system, using an Adaptec 29160LP (HP #C7474A). System sees the new adapter card just fine, but the 29160 does not see the DLT drive at all? I've tried moving the ID numbers around on the DLT drive, but no luck thus far. Has anyone else had any issues using this card? I currently have 2 other StorageWorks TL891 devices using Adaptec 2944UW cards without issues.

That's because your other drives are HVD and this one probably is as well. The C7474A is LVD so you will need another 2944

The TL891DLX is supposed to be a LVD drive and the 29160 is a LVD card? I know my other TL891 drives which I have connected to other servers are HVD drives, so I use the 2944 cards with those. How would I determine if my TL891DLX has HVD drives instead of the LVD drives, other than connecting my TL891DLX up to one of the 2944UW cards?
