35/70 DLT Tape Will Not Unload

The tape will not unload and the 4 LED's on the right side are flashing different colors. Any info would be appreciated.

Reboot fixed this issue.

Looks like some sort of failure in the tape servo system but it has obviously been cleard. Monitor the drive for the next few weeks.
