Not sure the message is in Spanish. But maybe you set up pool with wrong media? When you go to the "Devices&Media" pull down menu, then expand "pools". And then you go the the general tab of the pool you are using, what does it show for the "Standard Media type..."?

There's so many things that can cause this message...
You may have a situation where all the tapes in the library is 'reserved' and cannot be written to(Full, the backup set is set to be protected for a specific amount of time), the drive can't read the type off of the physical media... It's bl**dy trying to use the cleaning tape... (Bad memory... BackupExec and a MSL2024... )
Does HP L&TT give it a clean bill of health?
