ARCserve says "No Media in Drive"

ARCserve says "No Media in Drive"

Even though there i just put the tape in and is sounded like it was reading it.
I'm using Seagate tape drive and ARCserve as the backup software, on Win NT Server.

Any ideas why?

If this tape that was writen over using another software it may not be able to read the tape.
