ArcServe2000 AE display 19 Slots for Surestore 2/20

Does anyone know why there are 19 Slots displayed in Arcserve 2000(SP3)instead of the 20 existing ones?
Our device is running on a NT4 (SP6a)Mashine.

You most likely have the library configured for one mailslot (which takes away one storage slot). You can change the configuration from the front panel:
Administration -> Change Configuration -> Mailslot size.

After changing this configuration to zero, your application will need to reinventory the library to discover the additional slot.

Note: The mailslot config can be set to 0, 1, 5, or 10 slots.
