ArcServer 2000 and TL881
I've a problem with a TL881 (one drive) and ArcServe 2000 with SP2.
When I try to configure, in arcserve "Device Configuration", the tape library I have this result:
"The tape \ optical library must have a minimum of 1 device assigned". In ArcServe log I can see error 8000.
I've tried to configure TL881 also with the compaq utility TSMC 1.2, the result of standard test is "ABORT: # of drives improperly defined for library".
Some ideas ?
Sorry for my english
Thanks

Re: ArcServer 2000 and TL881
I have had this problem on a TL891. Fixed it by setting SCSI id of library to 1 and the drive to 2. Worked OK then
