Auto Loader Error
Hi, the autoloader display a message error on LCD "LDR HW ERROR m4s07s08 04340261
And i can´t get out the tapes, there are into the autoloader and the button EJECT no respond.
What can i do??
If anybody could help me out, I've been on this for days... thanks a lot

I do not know what is your autoloader model, but if it is on waranty I suggest you to open a hardware call with HP. If not, try to open the cover and see what is hanging

Really aprecciate your ideas, its a shame that the last month the waranty was over, but i followed your tips and i saw that the COLEER doesnt turn on. I think that is the reason. Then i´ll send the autoloader to repair to a HP especialized center. Thanks a lo
