Autoloader 1/8 not recognised by Backupexec 10

Im sure this has done the rounds, so heres hoping for a quick answer !

I have recently moved a Autoloader 1/8 LTO from one server to another. Both servers have Backup exec 10 installed, the old one using the autoloader fine, but my new server refuses to see it. OS sees the autoloader as unknown medium changer, and HP tools alows me to test autoloader and communicate.
When I try the Backup Exec environment checker it tells me the AUTOLOADER is not supported.
I have updated the Firmware to 1.50
Any suggestions

You probably need to install the latest patches and drivers for Backup Exec. You need BE 10d to use the 1/8 G2 which is likely the product you have if you are using firmware 1.50. Even if you have BE 10d it won't recognize the autoloader unless the driver pack is new enough.
