Autoloader 1/9 Which LED will be lit when "Media Error"

If there is a "media error" happened in autoloader 1/9,which LED should be lit? if no LED will be lit,how can I identify the error with the autoloader bow?

From the Main Menu go to Information then go to Loader information, and Select Hard Error Log, or you can go to Drive Information and Select Event Log.

Can you provide some more information on what the kind of issues are you getting?

I still want to know which Front Panel Drive icon will be displayed when it met "media error"
