Backup Exec IDR for Proliant DL servers.

Does anyone have a step by step install procedure for running the BE 9.1 IDR on a DL380 server. We get through the OS file load but under the first reboot, the machine cannot find a boot drive. Veritas and HP have been unable to get me through this.

Re: Backup Exec IDR for Proliant DL servers.

Before running the IDR with Backup Exec you MUST reconfigure your disk drives/arrays with the HP Smartstart (still this name? can't remember) utility named "ACU".
