Block size being used is incorrect

Hi,

I have an HP DAT72 USB internal drive. I'm trying to restore from tape using Backup exec 12.5. I'm using HP’s driver for this device. When I run a catalog, after about 10-15 seconds I receive a message "An unknown error occurred on device "HP 1". V-79-57344-34035 - The block size being used is incorrect."

I can't find any documentation which states what the settings should be.
