Can't restore what I want!
Dear reader,
after a magical disapearing of several files I attempted to restore a backup tape. We use the DAT 72 USB device. Every time I try to restore the tape of last wednesday the program gifs me a ALERT that I have to insert the tape of yesterday. In the configuration there is no such option to select the tape from last week. Is ther anyone who knows how to restore some files from an "older" tape? Hope you can help me!
Kind regards,
David

Re: Can't restore what I want!
When you are creating the backup job you can select which backup to recover from. On the top of the file selection screen is an icon for versions. It's not well marked or identified so I have attached a screenshot to show you where it is. If you hover your mouse pointer over it will identify it.
Select the file or folder you want to recover and then click the versions icon. A pop-up window will open and you can select which backup you want to recover from. Then save and run the job.
