cannot get the CD support
Hi all:
I have any Internal HP CD Writr Plus-9100i. I did format my hard drive and can not get to install Operating system without the Cd rom support. I lost my boot diks for the CD Rom drive and I needs it OR
need to get something on-line to make a bootable floppy to run the CD. I did call the HP customer support line and they were not helpfuul or let us say they were worth a damn.
I am apalled at the kind of support they give. It is a SHAME .Yes , it is a shame on HP!!
They bounced me from this to that and ulitmatley I got to a machine voice that told me that the offices were closed.
Hallelujah !
Can somebody peleas help me on this IT resource center? Or that I have to rely on God?

Your situation sounds very unfortunate. What is your operating system and the model of the machine?
