Cant see tape libray on Windows 2000

We have an MSL5000 library behind a Compaq Network Storage Router E1200 connected to a SAN.

We have two backup servers, one can see the library OK the other cant. I cant see any obvious difference between the two servers.

Any Tricks??

Are you using some kind of zoning on the switch?
