Cleaning light problem

My cleaning light on my drive is always flashing.. I have upgraded the f/ware and the drive fails all r/write tests on LTT. It happens on all systems. Wot should I do?

Hi Joff
have u tried a multi clean on the drive, sometimes this is all the drive needs to solve the problem.

My cleaning light comes on when trying to clean the device. I am using an hp 80vs dlt. I cleaned the heads numerous times and this is a brand new device. I am using windows n.t. any suggestions.
