clients of data protector express

i have data protector express v3.5 all in one license.
i am trying to install a client, in such a wey that the clients is behind nat and the server has a public ip address but it dosn't work.

every time i install a client the server recognize the client but i can't see the folders or the devices and run a backup on the client.

if anyone knows how to resolve that issue please advice
