Colorado T4000s

Our Colorado T4000s tape drive is not recognizing that it has a tape in it. We have rebooted and also tried using different tapes.

Kathy,

If running cleaning cartridges 5-10 times with new tapes doesn't resolve your issue, its probably time to retire that T4000 and get a newer backup solution.
