Command View TL - Can't get support tickets!

When I try to generate a support ticket it looks like it is working great but then ends with the following error:

Failed to retrieve file /tmp/data/ltt/tickets/HU10545BGL/supportticket.zip; nested exception is:
com.hp.commandview.tape.common.util.exceptions.TLRemoteException: [5046] User does not have permissions to perform the operation.; nested exception is:
com.hp.commandview.tape.common.util.exceptions.ImEmfServerException: [5046] User does not have permissions to perform the operation.

Any ideas?

Hey,

I am no expert on CV TL but are there different user classes with different accesses?
Maybe the one you're using is not high enough?

Does the account running the CV TL service have access to that folder under /tmp ?
