Configuring Tape Drives using Veritas NetBackUp

Hey has anyone had an issue on getting netbackup 6.5.3 to recognize their HP Tape Drives. I have three geographical sites and it's the same at each site. You install the HP drivers just fine; install the netbackup drives still fine but when it gets to the configuration the tape drives are greyed out within netbackup? Can Anyone Help????

The Tape Libray is HP's Storage Works MSL 2024
