D2D and Data protector

In documentation regarding RDX750, I see that Data Protector Express Single Server offers possibilities for recovering from a crash without any need to reinstall applications and OS.

What about Data Protector and D2D backup system.

DP offers you also a solution to recover from an OS crash.

The solution is independand from the media where your backup resides.
Hence you might use your D2D to do so.

Thanks, but I never deploy D2D solution. Would you like to give details and also license options for DP in the case?
