DAT 12/24 C1537A, error in Arcserver for netware 7 in Netware Server 6

The tape is installing in ML-370G3 with smart ARRAY 6042, the tape is connect to SCSI controller the Main Board.
The software to backup is Arcserver 7 for Netware, but run ASTART the next error is issue:

E21111 No backup device found on host Adapter
PFC: E21104

I need support for solution this problem.

Has the unit worked before in this config? If not try isolating the drive on it's own controller. Also the SCSI ID for the drive is defaulted to ID3 - make sure the system isn't looking on another ID - such as ID 2. Oncew isolated on it's own controller make sure you are using a properly terminated cable.
