dat 20/40i SCSI c5686a problem of disconnection

Hello,
for several day a DAT 40 I SCSI has been disconnected in a server HP under Win2003 server sbs. I disconnect it and reactivates it, the backup is carried out again. After 2 days it is disconnect again. You have a solution with this problem.
