DAT 72x6 Eject Magazine Problem

I have a External SCSI DAT 72x6 Autoloader that the magazine will not eject. The error number is 19.

I tried doing a Forced Eject (Hold Eject button for 5 seconds) and the magazine still does not eject. With a forced eject it shows an error number 9.

Can't find anything in Troubleshooting as to what to try next. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I was able to get the magazine to eject. Now when I try to load the new magazine it goes through the Mag Check, but no tapes show on the display and at the end I'm getting an error 42.

Roughly the same situation, only mistake 58.
