Data Protector-Adding a new client causing 110:1024 error

we've migrated our mail server to a new one and have retained the original ip addr and settings. now i am resetting up this client for backup purposes and adding it in the Clients section of the DP software, but when i ran the add client systems wizard it is displaying a 110:1024 error.

i've logged-in as Administrator for that client and have also ran the command from the DOS prompt: dir \\\OmniBack\i386\installservice.exe to check if i am able to see the installation server from there. refer to the attached error log.

I am adding a windows 2003 server to my new cell manager on a windows 2003 server and this is the error message I am receiving as well; any thoughts about special local priviledges needing to be set?
