Data Protector Express Error 125

I currently am running Data Protector Express Single Server Edition. I want the ability to backup multiple servers so I talked to an hp sales rep and they told me to purchase the data protector express backup agent 3 pack LTU (part #BB122AA). I did that and got a license key for the 3 pack off of the webkey site. I tried entering the key into the Data Protector Express software through the Help Menu --> Licenses --> New.
The problem is that in the status of the 3 pack license it says:
Status: Error 125: License is incompatible.
I have the Single Server Edition License in there too and its status is active. Does anyone know why I would be getting this error?

Unfortunately the sales person didn't tell you the whole story. In order to backup multiple systems you first need to upgrade from the Single Server Edition to the full network backup product and then you can add the additional server license you purchased.

The product number for the upgrade is BB117AT. You will need the License Key you received when you registered the Single Server Edition in order to install the upgrade.
