Data protector Express Novell 6.5 SP7

I Have a Novell Server HP Prolaint ML 370 G3 with a HP LTO 2 and a HP D2D Storage.
The HP Data Protector Agent of the Novell Server is running.
On the workstation XP running HP data Protector and say the Novell Server is offline (symbol with a !).
Why ???
